Max is excellent at coaching in my experience. He is a really good listener and is also empathetic and caring. You get the feeling he really cares, and that he really understands you. He always went the extra mile with me and was crucial in me moving forward in my person and professional life at a time when I was unsure of myself and of my direction in life. Il a su rapidement me mettre en confiance ds la premire sance. Since meeting Max Lawrence in late 2018, he to this day continues to be an extremely valuable and supportive presence in my professional life. Max has vast business experience both domestically and internationally which is evident from the breadth of knowledge and perspective he continues to offer me in almost every business situation we discuss. This makes him an invaluable asset to anyone, be it a one person start-up to an SME of multiple staffs. Since working with Max, Ive achieved my goal of transitioning from being employed to now running my own consultancy business with a growing number of high value clients.
