The profile of the facilitators was very successful, they empathized and sympathized with the topic and they know how to work with the third sector or sector of NGOs (at times they became participants). Online training that was excellently delivered as a way to demonstrate excellence in online facilitation. Useful, practical, thought provoking - all underlined with consideration for appreciating and working with power differentials. Highly recommended for local authorities, for whom participation and co-production can often be an aspiration rather than a reality. Co Lab provided tools and principles to help make it happen.
