Had a plan for two dogs for about 6 months. Seemed like a good idea but there were lots of things that were supposed to be included that we never got or had to pay for like 6 month check ups and nail clippings. We moved so wanted to transfer our pet plan to our new vet (who also use PVA) but have been told we need to cancel our plan, be charged cancellation fees and then restart a new plan. They have a transfers department at PVA but for what reason I don't know because they won't actually transfer your plan between vets unless you're transferring between branches of the same vet. Useless if like most people you're with an independent. Absolute scam. Won't be restarting our plans and you can get stuffed if you think we're paying any breakage fee. Ive been on the phone between you guys and vets for nearly two hours and stupidly actually wanted to continue at our new vet but you won't let us.

I had 2 pet plans for my dogs at 15 each per month. Im moving vets so I need to cancel the plans half way through the year. I have already paid 90 per dog but my vet wants to charge 298.17 to cancel the plans. Please be aware of the significant over charging if you are thinking of signing up for a 12 month contract.

Appalling when you cancel your policy. They will not refund any overpayments. They keep directing you to your vet who direct you to them. Totally disinterested. Totally used to these conversations. There are much cheaper companies that provide the exact same service. Best avoided.
