        Online services are not very helpful and long waits for an answer just to be told they can't do anything over the phone. I would avoid opening an account with YBS in favour of a more accessible Building Society. Obviously this is not a reflection on the quality of staff who all seem friendly and polite.

        the staff here are always very nice and i must say extremely helpful,i had to take my 4mth old jack russell to the vets and the staff who met my dog archie many times sent me a lovely get well card regarding little archie which was very considerate of them.honestly ALL the staff are great.very proffessional too.
