Had a slight issue with lance gun for application looks like the washer inside didn't come. After raising this they have sent out a new lance and tube of cream with it as lost alot in the process due to this . Thanks again!

Had one of permagard's approved contractors install a damp course in my home in 2009, the contractor provided me with a 30 year guarantee. On Sunday I moved my cd rack and all the plaster had bubbled and you could see where the salt was coming through, I emailed steve with photos of the damp and my guarantee and a drawing which the approved contractor provided me with. I have received no response from steve, I called the office she said steve would get back to me he still hasn't. I called again this time got transferred to someone, she told me that the company who provided me with the guarantee (permagard bond guarantee) had gone bust and they were nothing to do with each other. I checked on companies house and they are still registered active, they both share the same address and David Wooky and Amanda Wookey are registered active with both companies. This doesn't seem like there separate company's who don't have a lot to do with each other. In my opinion they are a dishonest company who won't stand by their product or guarantee who have ruined my house with their rubbish product and have just lied to me. Avoid this product at all costs. It looks like I'm going to have to pay to have it all done again with a product that works. It's going to cost me thousands to put right with all the replastering and decorating. You have all been warned I advise you to not use this product unless you want it to fail in 7 years time

Very helpful advice over the phone. The products are delivered promptly. The instructions are clearly laid out. The products are of a high quality and have yielded great results thus far.
