        Phoned up to check on stock of a critical component required for a imminent job with an explicit description of the part, said they had what I required only to find when our runner returned they had fobbed him of with completely the wrong thing. No time to find another and wasted critical time. Long standing account holder spent thousands over the years. Either lying, incompetent or idiots on this occasion. Thoroughly dissatisfied and will think twice about where we go when we need top notch service in a hurry. You either have it or you don't - just say you don't have it next time.
