        Time mainly spent queuing, without any evidence of work going on or consideration for local residents or businesses. First round of traffic lights seemed to be mainly to provide parking for their vans. Second round... Definitely doing something, but it is very slow, so guess we have that excitement to look forward to. Wonder if they'll do a decent job of making the road good, or if it will be potholed in six months.
