Jason's team carried out our loft conversion as well as updating our two original upstairs bedrooms. We were pleased with the service throughout; the team were very happy to discuss and explain what they were doing, approaching any issues with good humour and a can-do attitude. Furthermore, they were friendly and polite throughout. They are also very good at cleaning up after themselves - something I really valued!

Jason and his team at SMH have recently completed an extension at our house creating a new master bedroom with en-suite and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Jason was professional and approachable meaning we had a very easy and enjoyable experience throughout with any additional works we asked for whilst his team were on site never being a problem. His team on site were also friendly, easy to deal with and very considerate whilst I was working from home with a very pregnant wife! We would 100% use SMH again and recommend them to all !

Jason and the team have been managing the renovation of our dormer bungalow and we're really pleased with the work carried out so far. This has involved major structural changes including relocating the stairs and knocking down load-bearing walls, a complete re-wire, new central heating, relocating and fitting a new bathroom, new windows, cladding, plastering and more. The team are always friendly and happy to answer any questions/queries that we have. Keep up the great work guys!

We have had SMH construction involved with several building projects in our home, and they have always delivered a high standard of service and been accessible and courteous throughout. When problems have arisen, they have responded quickly and dealt with them promptly.

SMH have just completed a full structural knockthrough including plumbing, electrical and building/fitting to project completion. I couldn't complement their quality, communication and trustworthyness more highly - at every stage of the build they chose quality and proactive communication over the "bodge and hide" risk with many outfits. Highly recommend.
