Overall an excellent experience with this brilliant company. Designer was great, rejecting all off the shelf ideas and ensuring creation of a bespoke and unique garden room. All tradesmen were brilliant and worked with us well to produce a delightful garden room which we love. There were some logistical issues (Leaving debris in garden for weeks, killing lawn, forgetting to order doors and windows, dumping rubble under decking which then had to be dug out for the planned log store!!!) and a few jobs I had to finish off myself, but they more than made up for their errors by going the extra mile at no extra cost to us, (e.g. turfing lawn, plastering room). If you are happy to be a bit flexible, working with creative designer and craftsmen then these are the company for you. If you want a quick job, done and dusted with minimal involvement, then there are plenty of other companies out there who may even be a bit cheaper.

BGR first did our garden, which we have loved so much we asked them to build our loft extension last year. We are really pleased with what they have done. Nothing was too much trouble and the team we had in the house were warm, considerate and great at what they do! Would absolutely recommend!

A truly transformational journey with BGR. Luke and his team have converted our old garage and turned it in to a beautiful timber framed garden room, complete with vaulted ceiling, mezzanine, ensuite bathroom, veranda, workshop, bike store and under cabin storage. BGR has created additional space for our home that we love spending time in. Lukes enthusiasm and vision has been so refreshing to be around. His personal touch has really made a huge difference and where there have been challenges, Luke has problem solved, found creative solutions and ensured all work has been completed whilst maintaining their high standards. BGR promised us a bespoke, unique and inspired garden room conversion and they have surpassed our expectations and quite simply turned our dream into reality. Thank you Luke and BGR. I approached Bristol Garden Rooms as I wanted a bespoke build for a small music studio in my garden. I also really liked the look of the previous builds on the website in comparison with other companies I'd been researching. It had been a dream of mine to have an outbuilding like this and I'm very grateful to Luke and the team at BGR for fulfilling this dream! The main aim of the brief was soundproofing and I was so impressed with what was achieved. The noise leaking is minimal and you have to be very close to hear anything at all (piano/electronics). It also looks beautiful and comes with a living roof and underfloor heating. I was particularly surprised at the lack of waste - there wasn't even a skip! The team are lovely and very efficient. They had a difficult job as access was tight but they just got on with it. I also appreciated how hard they worked and in whatever the weather. I cannot recommend BGR enough. I felt very lucky to have them on this project - I couldn't be happier with the results!
