Lee and his team did a brilliant job with our loft conversion. We are very happy with the work and cannot recommend them highly enough. Lee came to see us and talked us through the whole process, carefully explaining the process and helping us to decide what to have done. We were visited by his architect, who gave us several different ideas for layouts, and then all of the plans and paperwork was sorted out with relative ease. The agreed timings were kept and the project was started and finished exactly as promised. A itemised list of all of the key steps in the build was provided, set out into several stages so we could see where we were in the project. This meant that the payment process was professionally done as no invoice was issued until all the items listed in a stage were complete. We were impressed with the prompt 0730 daily start times of the Park Lofts team and looked forward to seeing Dave, Mike and Alfie each day as they added extra bits to our new loft. Always polite and helpful, we were pleased to have them in our home. The quality of the work was first rate and the build was finished to a high standard. Despite our offers of cuppas, the team only took breaks at set points during the day; we were impressed with their individual dedication to the build and the pride they took in their work. Quite simply, if you want a stress-free loft conversation, built to a high standard by a team who are skilled and dedicated, you should give Park Lofts a call.

Park Lofts have just finished our double dormer loft conversion in Bromley Heath and we couldn't be happier. They we always punctual, professional and polite, completing the project on time and budget. Nothing was ever too much hassle. We would happily recommend Park Lofts to anyone, they are definitely worth the wait!

Park Lofts were brilliant throughout our build! We were given a completion date at the start of the build which they kept too. Lee's team carried out work for a week while we were on holiday and we came back to a clean and tidy house. Lee made a great suggestion about putting a velux in one of the rooms which we are really happy about. Our kids felt comfortable around them and our little girl still speaks about the team now. Lee, Sam and Alfie were so professional and nothing was too much trouble, we made a few extra requests/changes which they carried out without hesitation. We cannot recommend them enough and feel lucky we found such a great company.

After we had booked in with Park Lofts, our rear neighbour had a Park Lofts loft conversion before us, so we took notice of how they worked, and were impressed by both speed and tidiness. We cant recommend Park Lofts enough. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they were always happy when we changed our minds including moving a bathroom window during construction and changing switch heights. The guys arrived early, but we didnt see them as they used their own opening. Every afternoon they always left time to clean the work area and anywhere they worked in the house, as well as sweeping up outside. Lee always provided sensible advice on layout, but was always willing to listen. Oli and Sam were polite and happy to show what work they were doing when we were being nosy, and ready to answer any question. Everything was well managed, and plenty of notice was given for any key decisions such as bathroom furniture, or when the stair were being installed so we could be out the house. Lee managed his team and subcontractors so everything ran efficiently with trades working in the right order, but not on top of each other. Everyone seemed to know what the other trades were doing and when. Little details which we wouldnt have thought about such as lighting in the storage areas in the eaves was included. The wardrobe shelving Lee and his team created were perfect with the advantage they were custom built to our requirements. Its testament that the snagging list was only a handful of items, most of which Lee knew about before, and were minor cosmetic trims and adjustments.
