Bride at home was the first & only Bridal shop I visited after falling in love with the Amy dress from Paul Zeni online & Jan had it ready waiting for me when I entered the shop. I got so many compliments on my dress, I felt like an absolute princess all day and night, it was just perfect, helping make the day so much more magical! Thankyou so much for everything to Jan & the lovely lovely girls in the shop (especially Beth) who made every visit special x

Really happy with my experience. I arrived on my own since my friend was ill and mum 100 miles away. The ladies looked after me and made sure to take photos and video to share with my mum. After I picked out a few dresses, Including one i saw online, they suggested another which was a mix of all the ones I liked. It fit perfectly. I bought it there and then! The whole time they were paitent and kind to me, helping me into dresses. I came prepared with my shoes and photos of my hair style for the day. - I have since done a 2nd visit and had the same service. To note they will adjust, fix and steam your dress also. I had my mum and sister join me this time, there had plenty of places to sit and watch as I tried on the dress for the fitting. I can't wait to pick it up

I highly recommend Bride at home in Downend. They are such lovely staff and make you feel welcome the whole way through. Nothing is ever too much of a big ask. The service and range of dresses was perfect. Mrs Schmit was so thrilled we chose this place. Thank you so much the Bride at home team. Regards Hugo.

Honestly brides if you have an idea of being spoiled , champagne, a nice time while you search for your dress ,look elsewhere! Also they ordered the wrong dresses in the wrong colours for the bridesmaids , and expect you to pay after , although their mistake ,and when its too late no replacement is possible , oh and after 10 days didn't do the alterations to the brides dress , so my partner took the dress as it was, avoid at all costs , not what you need !!
