Im from newcastle and dont know this area. Staying in a near by hotel and wanted some breakfast. Googled this place and menu looked nice but no instructions on how to book or no number to call. Decided to walk to the place and as I opened the door I immediately felt judged as I had a pair of joggers on and a hoody. No one approached me but the guy who worked there looked at me for about 5 seconds. It was until then I said excuse me can I book in for breakfast he said then oh sorry we dont have breakfast on. We aren't serving I was confused as I looked around and people were sat freely eating breakfast and drinking coffee etc. I then left feeling a bit embarrassed. I looked at the menu outside on the wall that stated breakfast was served on a Saturday until a certain time. Safe to say I was made very u comfortable and will deffo not be trying to go again or ever step foot in this companies business again due to the neglect and judgment I felt on my poor arrival. No greeting no nothing. Very disappointed

Main takeaway: do not trust the hours of operation listed on this business google profile/ Contrary to the hours listed on google, sadly, they were closed at 8:30 am on a weekday its disappointing and confusing considering so many restaurants closed or temporarily closed take the time to indicate so by updating their google profile. Call ahead or dont bother. Its a very poor customer experience showing up and being told by the adjoining hotel doorman to jog on.
