What a total and utter waste of my time sales men cant even be arsed to call you back after wasting a day I had to call them back then was told by email somebody was going to call me today well its 20.50 Thursday evening and guess what still no phone call I read on your website that customer satisfaction is your number one thing what a load of rubbish do you even know what customer service is worst dealership Ive ever contact stay away

Amazing customer service. A lovely man named Tom Gronau showed us around and tried to accommodate to all of our needs. He was very enthusiastic and comfortable to talk to. Great customer service from him. Thank you Tom.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Took my car in for recall. Left with a broken door handle. Rang up spoke to the manager and he was rude and said I can bring it in for diagnostic check and pay. My car worked perfectly fine before I took the car to them! Emailed customer service to complain, didn't hear back from them. Then filled in a survey they sent me. Someone did try contacting me after filling that survey in, however I couldn't answer at the time. So I emailed the man with a date and time I could answer the phone, never heard from them again. This was just over 3 months ago. Thanks to car shop in patchway I managed to get my car sorted asap as it was a safety problem and I have a young child. For a main dealer they should have better customer service!

dis honest and try to rip off, I took my car to them to update sat navigation, and the give price both agreed, and after one days the called me said we need diagnose some thing but was not true, the lie and charged me 130 extra , very very careful
