The whole team are a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough. We employed Charisma after receiving 6 quotations from various companies and they were by far the cheapest, which is not always the wisest decision to go with, but that coupled with the friendly staff won hands down. The whole process was painless and the guy that came to fit the blinds was great. One of our blinds needed some trimming so he took it away and came back within 2 days as promised. Great all round, thanks Charisma.

The really great thing about this Charisma Blind Business is that if anything goes wrong, they fix it! We were very pleased with their measure, supply & fit service some years ago and even more impressed with their recent response to a fresh set that were slightly short. They were replaced without any fuss, it must have cost them something to do this but payment was never suggested. A big thanks to Charisma, Winterbourne Down, Bristol for this and their friendly service, 100% recommended.
