At first i was overly impressed when paul came out and gave us a very reasonable quote after taking supposedly the correct measurment for upstairs and our downstairs bay windows. When they came to install the upstairs blinds they were not able to fit as the measurements were incorrect, another set of blinds had a massive crack and and a chunk of wood missing not only that there was no inner cord running straight through and this took nearly 2 months for them to replace. Also it was planned for them to replace our downstairs main blind and this was meant to happen 2 weeks ago still waiting. Money was paid in full yet still nothing. Also to add when they did install the upstairs blinds. They left mucky hand prints and footprints on the window so not happy.
