Don't use - take money for bikes they cannot build because they do not have the parts. Tell you parts are expect in - but they don't arrive. Hide behind chat - NOT contactable.

Horrible Customer Service. I had one of my worst experiences in the ordering process. They have huge lead times, ranging from 70-90 days. The worst part is they would promise a date and conveniently push it at their will. I ordered my bike on Jan 4th, first date was Feb 7th, then got pushed to Feb 17th and then directly to March 31st. When i contacted Customer Care, they said they are trying their best to source parts and still werent confident on the March 31st date. It doesnt take 85 odd days to assemble a bike with less than 25 parts. This is just poor supply chain and manufacturing management. They create artificial scarcity to rise demand. Please dont choose them. You will have an horrible experience.

Absolute legends. They set to work finding me a spare bit and tuned up my bike in no time. Really helpful thanks!

Tl;dr Absolutely appalling customer service and communication. Initially ordered a bike explicitly advertised as 48hr delivery. One week later and this hadn't even left the warehouse. It was agreed that I would exchange this order for a separate bike and pay the difference. What followed was three weeks of very poor communication about exchanging orders, paying differences and confirming shipping. As a result I opted to cancel my order entirely and receive a refund for a product that I hadn't even received in the first place. Since then, I have been told repeatedly that my refund would be processed "tommorow". I am now five days after the first 'tomorrow' and still no refund. Absolute joke of a company that are meant to pride themselves on how they interact with their customers.
