        Terrible. They overshot the quote by a significant amount, ordered the incorrect part and didnt fit it properly. Avoid at all costs and go to the trek shop.

        Excellent local, independent and reasonably priced bicycle shop that we've used as a family for years and they've never let us down. Went in at lunchtime today to buy some new bike lights. Great as ever. The man was very patient while I tried out different lights and gave me good advice, showing me a very reasonably priced set rather than steering me to the most expensive. He then fitted them for me and also pumped the tyres at no extra charge. As a woman, I really appreciate a bike shop where the staff are polite and not condescending. A gem of a local shop.
