These guys are always super helpful whenever I go in, I couldn't find a sram barb and compression fitting anywhere and they let me have a couple from their workshop, tops lads, will keep shopping here!

I had booked a good service at the store approximately 1 week in advance via the online booking system. Upon arrival I was told almost immediately that they would not be able to complete said service because they did not have enough time. I was informed that the online booking system only allows for one hour for this job to be completed but it is actually almost a 3 hour job. Clearly there are big issues at hand in relation to the companies booking system and the workers responsible for carrying out the job. I was turned away, despite my advance booking, and instructed to rebook for a weekday as they would more likely be able to complete the work then! I would not recommend this service - waste of a journey into Bristol to just be turned away with a bike still requiring repairs.
