        Had a problem with my Shimano E-bike they manage to sort it out straight away lucky I caught them in-between bikes

        Knowledgeable, friendly and responsive, Sterlands do the sort of job that you wish you could do on your own bike. For example, they swapped my frame with another and did nice little touches like wrapping the brake hose and gear cable together with heat shrink. I've had them service several bikes (commuter, road and gravel) and always been really pleased with the results.

        I had my Santa Cruz Hightower serviced by the guys at Sterlands, they did a fantastic job. Really knowledgeable and friendly, also very handy that they came to collect my bike. Would recommend.
