I've bought carpets here a few times and very happy with the price, quality and service. It's a family business with the father running the bed side and his sons running the carpet side. I've mostly dealt with Amir who has always been great. Will measure up for free, huge range of choice and you literally cannot buy carpets cheaper in Bristol (I've checked everywhere!). The fitters are excellent too, really quick and helpful and have always done an amazing job.

Fuming Iv even got to give one star as the shop, customer service and product isnt worth even half a star! Bought a bed going off the measurements from the shop only for it to be bigger and not fit in the room, they wouldnt refund or exchange even though it was there mistake for advertising the wrong measurements. Rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic and money grabbing people.

Just had a fantastic carpet fitted to our stairs and landing, carpet fitter was a great guy who took pride in his work, would buy from here again, carpet was top quality too !

It was a bad experience to buy from this shop. The mattress is not comfy at all. Their customer service is horrible. They would convince you to buy their product and in the end you would regret it . I went to return it They said "you already tried the mattress." It was only for a few seconds how would I know? Plus they were like we got the best products and cheapest prices I found a better and cheaper product in a matter of second. Honestly just go to any shop you would find a better product same price or cheaper .
