My mixed race daughter is at university in Bristol. Every time she has to get a prescription from the Boots pharmacy at the Clifton Down shopping centre on white ladies road, an elderly short lady with glasses and blond/greying hair has treated her abominably. in this day and age this is totally unacceptable and I intend to escalate my complaint to Boots HQ.
