I've always had the best experience at the beauty house and recently they topped their customer service. I was unable to attend my appointment due to a bad experience caused by an uber driver. When I called, the girl that answered was so understanding and cared more about if I was okay than the fact I missed the appointment. Later that day I discovered they had refunded me the full amount of my appointment which I did not expect. So, so kind. Just goes to show its not money first here but experience, professionalism and care.

Very disappointed by the service here. A nail appointment cost me 30, and 3 nails chipped 2 days later. I phoned them to ask for a refund (I couldn't make it back for a repair). Finally answered 'you can have a refund but never contact us again'. It was a horrible experience and a cruel way to respond to the fact that it was a botch job. I wouldn't recommend.
