This place is ok for a one-off session. However if you are looking for a place to be loyal to I dont recommend, especially if you have a child that might fell sick last minute. I have been a regular customer at this salon since 2021, frequently visiting for waxing sessions. However, for my last booking, my daughter fell ill the day before. I attempted to contact the salon the day before to inform them, but nobody answered. In the morning of the appointment at 7 am, I received a text from Laura requesting cash payment, as they do not have a card machine. I replied stating that I could not attend due to my child's illness. Unfortunately, I discovered that my card had been charged 50 later that day, despite notifying Laura earlier of my situation. I tried calling the salon again to explain the situation, but was unable to reach anyone. So I texted Laura and she kept sending me their salon's policy. It is disappointing to see that after two years of being a loyal customer and never missing an appointment, they treat me in this manner. It is also concerning that they don't accept card payments and demand cash yet still manage to charge my card for a missed appointment. So, consider the 50 my charity to your little shop and I happily take my business to another salon which there is plenty of in Bristol.

I was given a facial and massage gift voucher and was really impressed. Absolutely great massage from Laura who has over 12 years experience. The facial was amazing and my skin feels so good afterwards. A big thank you and 5 stars will definitely be back.
