Bristol Nail and Beauty Lounge Downend

Thoroughly impressed by this place! Ive had some horrendous experiences with my nails before so Im always apprehensive when I try somewhere new but I was pleasantly surprised. I love that theyre all qualified beauticians and felt very taken care of. Im terrible at keeping up with self care being so busy and I only wish Id booked in to keep up with the maintenance because the nails stayed so well. My natural nail would have been inches long by now if I had! *edited to reduce to 4 stars as unfortunately my last experience wasnt as great. Still wonderful customer service and great job done on my nails however the person who prepped my nails over-thinned the tops (as if they were prepping it for acrylics, which Ive had confirmed through a professional) and not only didnt the gel polish last long, but 6 months later my nails are still flimsy and breaking. Im hoping this was just an oversight (perhaps everyone else had acrylics that day and the nail technician was in autopilot) and next time itll be the high standard Ive previously received.

Staff are very friendly and professional, made me feel welcome as I was nervous coming in! Were able to sort my nails out and make them look lovely and presentable. Will be coming back in the future

I went for the first time last week, having received a gift voucher. Staff very good, friendly buy professional. A week on the nails still look like I had them done today! That is after a week of decorating a room, gardening and some woodwork!
