I booked my first appointment with Bernadett last month. I was nervous as I've only ever been to a beautician a handful of times in my life and I have no clue about current treatments. Bernadett is really kind and patient and also a very experienced beautician. We discussed my current and past skincare routines and procedures before we started. Bernadett's salon is one of the most peaceful and tranquil places I know in Bristol. The treatment room is down at the back of the building, away from the outside noises, nicely decorated with smooth music playing in the background. I had a skin condition I'd developed in the past couple of years (apparently age related) and I was unsure whether I needed to see a dermatologist regarding this. After Bernadett explained to me what I was dealing with, we discussed my treatment options (turned out it was extremely easy and quick to get rid of) and she was actually able to treat me there and then. Took only about 5-10 mins, but it made me really happy that I didn't have to book in separately just for this. I also received a gentle peel, hydration and massage. It was just amazing. I'm a month out now, my skin is smooth and glowing. Well, this is a lot of words just to say I highly recommend to visit and get a treatment from Bernadett. BERNADETT OFFER A WIDE RANGE OF FACIAL TREATMENTS PERFECT FOR MANY CLIENTS MEANING YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE THE BEST TREATMENT FOR YOUR SKIN. HOWEVER, SHE ADVISE THAT YOU FIRST DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS WITH HER AND SHE WILL HELP YOU MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION. THIS IS BECAUSE SPECIFIC FACIALS ARE BEST SUITED FOR SOME TYPES OF SKIN INSTEAD OF OTHERS, WHICH MEANS YOU MAY NOT GET THE RESULT YOURE LOOKING FOR IF YOU SELECT A TREATMENT WITHOUT PRIOR DISCUSSION. AND I ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH HER. I HAVE HAD AMAZING TREATMENT AND I FELT SO RELAXED I DEFINITELY WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN. SHE WAS AMAZING!
