Propyard

Visited this place Good Friday for kids to play on bouncy castle The inflatable was so small that someones child got wacked in the face so she was also stood behind me in the queue waiting for a refund too- i hope she had her money & was refunded. We are still waiting for our refund & still waiting for a response as to when our refund will be paid. We have been asked for our card details , by the co. so ( they can look into!) joke!, told that our email will be looked at but that somebody is on on holiday , then the next excuse is then told refund will be sorted but they are 'busy sorting an event' and will reply ' Tues day 2nd May ' Still no response. I've now emailed again twice. We have contacted propyard approximately 7 times for refund. They have no telephone number so obviously dont want to be contacted.Their customer service is absolutey shocking . Do not go here to any kids events! ( check ice skating review too!).They appear to just be cashing in with no concern for customers or their experience at Propyard and have no experience whatsoever in dealing with complaints. I still await to hear from them.I wonder if they will respond to this review- probably with a ' please email us!,,

Came here for a vintage fair and have been in the past to events. Nice venue with a mix of outside and inside. The bar was quite slow as well as entry, but think this was due to staggering people into the venue.
