        Very unhelpful. Went into this branch to get my ID certified for my solicitor. Was told by an employee who claimed to have worked there for 20 years that it isnt a service they provided unless for a Halifax product. Although I have had this service provided by Halifax in the past for the exact same reason she was adamant that she cant do it. Instead drove into the city centre for the next closest Halifax, and my ID was certified immediately, even printed my statement and scanned my passport for me. If it wasnt for the professionalism of the city centre branch I would consider changing banks. Halifax Kingswood, its really not a people thing. Very disappointing.
