I've been banking here for almost 20 years, the staff have always been very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly plus the jordy lass is proper eye candy. Keep up the great work & many thanks to you all.

Without a counter what's the point, they still have at least 2 members of staff just standing around doing diddly squat. Put the counter back in and more people will use this branch.

Staff that are literally off their heads. Can't even speak to you professionally and constantly refer to you as 'hun'. Not friendly or helpful

Is it just me or are banks becoming more regressive? No counter to pay in coins etc, shorter opening hours, what is the point in this branch existing? Kingswood or Yate are the next closest branch which arent close at all.
