what i witnessed here from the branch manager LOUISE FOX was absoloutly disgusting behavour!!a young lady had her card swollowed by their machine outside in which the branch manager went and retrieved only to then refuse to give the lady her card back simply as she didnt bank with them,the young lady had identification and was explaining she has no other way of getting her money out and she was on her way to get gas/electric and food but the manager LOUISE FOX was not interested one bit.on speaking to my own bank which is just up the road they said those actions was very strange and as long as set person had id the card should of been handed over.
