        Went in there to use the machine as it saves so much time not having to wait in the queue to be served. Both machines dont work. Wait 20 mins for the guy in front to have his issue resolved as his cash had been eaten by the machine and not accounted. Not my first bad experience here. They need to have the machines working or have more cashiers available. Ridiculously long wait for what should taken me a minute.
