        Visited branch this morning to report a scammer purchase. So far so good. My card was cancelled, and was given a number to call for the fraud dept. Number proved to be incorrect, and now spent nearly an hour trying to contact the branch, navigating endless messages, listening to useless info on the phone. Nothing useful on the web, all I WANT is the correct number for fraud. I even use their telephone banking app, but cannot find the relevant info there. Furthermore, the female branch member that I had to deal with was, I thought, rather unfriendly.

        Took time off work today to get to the bank before it closed today at 4.30 pm, only to find a note on the door saying it was closed for the rest of the day. No explanation, no apology. Thank you Nat West. Better customer service please.
