Normally dont want to bother the branch as I try to do things online. However when I walked past I thought I would pop in to report my lost card. Clearly the staff was not impressed about me not knowing the account number and sort code by heart. Then impatiently searched for my address but no result. I gave up and asked for a new card reader, nothing over the counter, went to search in the office, still nothing. The whole process was just so unfriendly and unhelpful . I walked out wishing I had never walked in. Have had much better experiences in other two banks on the same street.
