there is a Pakistani woman on this branch is actually a professional liar she lied to me about getting my card reordered she was biting her nails the whole time something about her did not settle with me so be careful with this person

Opened an account, when opening account was told will get card and online access straightaway, then i was sent home without anything,was told will receive in post after i deposited my all money i needed to pay my bill next day,called customer service for magic number they said i should have received everything same time i Opened account, went back to bank and explained, they said they cant do anything and its all misunderstanding,there is no customer but they even dont talk properly, lack of greetings and surely dont know what they are doing.

Very rubbish service, no customer service at all. Taking things personally when you tell them about Customer service and make more delays deliberately.
