utterly appalling customer service i have been a customer for 12 years and recently an idiot purchased something for me online and could not wait for it to arrive. It has taken four weeks for then to address the misunderstanding and in this time i have been starving. humiliating and degrading

Only one person working on the till. An acknowledgment from one of the other staff would have been appreciated. I had limited time as it was my lunch break so I had to leave before being served.

I had an appointment on Friday 20 January with a Mrs Jane Simonds. It was a sorting out monies for my Dad. My Dad had passed away last year, and it was coming up to the one year anniversary. Mrs Simonds talked me through everything that needed doing, took time with me, and was incredibly compassionate and showed so much empathy. So whilst doing her job that shes employed to do, she also went above and beyond personally, listening and talking with me and giving me quality time (which was soooo needed). She made my experience heartwarming to be honest. Lovely to know there are still people out there who care about others and have time to listen. I think youre brilliant. Thank you, you were lovely
