        very unhelpful staff, seemed to be being purposely difficult insisted on bank statement from another bank as proof of address, had a payslip on me aswell as hsbc card and passport but apparently that wasnt good enough

        The cash point has been broken for half a year. Whrn it is working its only for a week or 2. Other banks manage to maintain geir cashpoints. This branch should be ashamed, showing a blatant disregard for the community its supposed to be serving. I will never open an account with hsbc now

        Went up to bank today with my husband to sort out some family account enquiries. Lucy was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to help with everything we asked her to do. HSBC is lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful employee. It's such a shame that this branch has been selected to close.
