Too many security codes on online apps. They are closing all their local branches so share holders make more money and we have no local bank. Staff in the bank very pleasant but trying to speak to a human being at hsbc and online for help is not easy.

HSBC have now closed the counter service at this branch, very disappointing. The staff advise that Cabot Circus is available, which is impractical for most as it is in the pedestrian only shopping mall in the very centre of the city. HSBC not taking customer service very seriously.

Very unhelpful, borderline rude when I enquired when the manager would be in maybe Wednesday but I dunno. Obviously dont value me as a customer
