        Never had a problem here, the two members of staff I seem to see every time I go in are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are times you have to wait a bit but its a bank

        This bank has very friendly and helpful staff,it's like all banks nowadays with a mixture of humans and the automated machine's,it's the way it's seems to be heading,no body wants to do anything any more.I prefer the human touch but one machine they have is a change machine,like the ones in super markets but better (it doesn't take a cut of your funds,I used it and was very impressed

        Barely open. What's the point? Closed by 3.30pm on a week day and don't open weekends. We should all be so lucky to work the same hours as a primary school pupil! Makes for rubbish customer service though.
