        Really great building society and all the staff in this branch are very friendly and helpful. They are always able to answer your questions and I've never had to queue to be seen. Much better than any other banks I have dealt with in the past. Thank you for being so great!

        Very disappointed with the customer service in this branch. Made a special trip after confirming via the phone they could assist. This was not the case and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Maybe a training issue? This was connected to a bereavement and other bank's such as Lloyds and TSB who I've dealt with have been brilliant. Sadly not the case with the Coventry. Border line instentive and in professional.
