        this place is a joke tried to deposit money as it said online they were open til 3.30. but when i got there they decided to shut at 3 as if their hours weren't already short enough.

        A heavily pregnant Karen (Karen being her actual name) working today - expecting sympathy for the fact shes pregnant - if thats the case she should not be working. I cannot sympathise after her comments made about a customer in earshot of multiple customers in the very long queue. You dont call a customer an asshole in front of others. If its that bad she should be elsewhere in the bank. And the many staff in the back out the front. Disgusting.
