Leigh was extremely helpful and professional! I had to make a large bank transfer and he gave me really great advice and showed me how to use the NatWest app on his phone. Very good service

My son, who has mental health challenges had his card blocked for some unknown reason, he went into the branch where they gave him a number to call, they didnt help him in branch. We have called three times this afternoon, was hung on twice for no reason. Each person we spoke to had a different way of dealing with the issue. No professionalism what so ever. The banks, good ridance to them, have gone to the dawgs. Absolutely diabolical service.

Huge, lovely looking modern branch but always long wait times. There are no counters you can approach for simple queries/transactions. There are people standing at the door to sign you onto a queue. I'm not sure why there are always one or two people who are standing around waiting for something to do when there are lots of customers waiting to be served. Looks great but just not practical.
