Best bread in Bristol and love the build-your-own sandwich menu. Very reasonably priced but get there early as they often run out of stuff!

This is my regular place to get bread each week. The produce is lovely but the baguette gets smaller each week and the price gets bigger! The person serving (female) touches the bread with no gloves or hand washing after handling money or making coffee from the previous customer. Not OK!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, but was told the kitchen was closed. They did, however, have a good selection of sausage rolls and pastries. So, I opted for an americano and a savoury roll to have in. I wasn't given a plate? And seeing other people eating out of paperbags at the table opposite mine assumed this was the norm. When my coffee came, it was small, and my request to have the sticky table wiped was acknowledged but never acted on. A real shame.
