How the mighty have fallen. This used to be a great little bakery. For many years I have come here for my cheese and onion pasty lunch. They gave me a stone cold old one at peak lunch time (12.10) and refused to give my money back, any reduction in price, or give me an extra one. They claimed the company now makes them flog them cold and they had no power to deal with an unsatisfied customer. "It's the company. It's the company" the two workers claimed. Despite the illusion of it being a small local business. So I had a miserable old lunch on a -2 C day and paid 3.35 for the pleasure.

Went into a shop with my client. I heard them make a unpleasant remark about 3:00 customers. and they carried on talking to each other why he was waiting? Customer service needs looking at
