If I could put 10 stars I would! To cut a very long story short, we ordered via Deliveroo and the driver bought the wrong order, he refused to take the order back or pick up the correct one. We phoned the store and they explained that we would have get a refund from Deliverio and reorder. Toni, my disabled friend who made the order explained that she is housebound so could go to the store to pick up the order and that she would try to get a refund but she wasn't sure how. A few minutes later, Gemma, the store manager told us that she would bring it to Tonis house as it wasn't that far away. We are totally amazed and delighted by this level of customer service and will remember this for a long time. Not only do Parsons sell delicious food, they really care about their customers

If Im honest, I started coming here reluctantly because Greggs was ALWAYS shut. However, now I come here out of choice as I realised its cheaper, much more tastier and the staff are always just so lovely. Top bakery. Wont be a let down.
