Halfords - Cribbs Causeway (Bristol)

Shocking. I ordered a can of clear wax-oil but discovered, when I got home, that the store had given me black product instead. I phoned customer services who advised me that, despite Halfords' still advertising clear online, there was in fact none available anywhere in the country. So I bought some elsewhere to complete my project. Transport is difficult for me, but today, 3 weeks later, I managed to get to the store to return the black, only to be advised that they'd had clear in stock throughout. I can forgive the store's mistake, but not being lied to by customer services. I have had two wasted journeys to the store, my project was delayed, and it seems I have also forfeited my Halfords Motoring Club discount. Thank you Halfords.

Really good range of stuff to choose from, big store and easy car parking. But we came in for help with a bike chain and it turns out the one they gave us is wrong so had to come back today. Very long slow queue and seemed as if someone new was on the till which didnt seem fair- feels to me like the staff need more support from management. A member of staff then told my partner he would return his item, walked off to help another customer (it was very busy) then came back and told him to get in the queue. Then took a tone with my partner after saying weve literally been waiting for him to do the return for us. The very first time my partner went, the staff literally blanked him when he asked them a question, very odd. But theres also a few staff that are absolutely lovely and helpful. Management needs looking at I think

Rude, unhelpful service unable to provide great customer service. The order does not arrive on time, no confirmation by e-mail. Due to the fact that is was a home order, to get any help from the store is impossible. Unable to contact service online - lack of customer service competence. I was informed that someone will contact me within 48 hours - no contact. Very disappointed. /Cribbs Causeway

I went to buy a magnetic UK car "sticker" but the display slot was empty. Grace on the till was extremely helpful- checked the system showing they were in stock and then located them for me. (Would be helpful if "floor staff" checked and refilled displays more regularly!!) Thank you Grace!!
