Ben was very helpful and polite when I rang with my initial enquiry, he located the correct catlock that I required for our vehicle and arranged a prompt dispatch. We have bought several catlock's from here over the last few years and are very happy with the products supplied

OK you asked for my opinion. Ordered an item advertised money was taken order was then confirmed , to later be told the item is out of stock then my money was refunded however it took 5 days to get it back to me. The real insult to injury came the day after the order was cancelled, when the same item was up for sale at a higher price??? And at no point was any form of apology offered In my opinion Do yourself a favour keep clear .
