Ive been a client for over 25 years and Im appalled with the service my sister has received, she sent to be repaired via the Cardiff store, this has now closed down, we have sent over 50 emails to the head office and they have lost the item, we have tried so many times to speak to a manager and still no call back, Be very carful ising the after sales, Im shocked the service has gotten so bad. 1000s of a product that they have lost

Weve had exceptional service from the whole team, from in-store demonstrations, installation and amd after care. Trev and the team are always at the end of the phone if we have any questions and have become great friends. Thank you, see you again soon.

Appalling - issue with a beovision 11 and very slow to respond - diagnosed remotely and said no parts available, but we can sell you a new one at a small discount (or we have a showroom model) without even seeing the problem and their diagnosis given the facts we had provided made absolutely no sense. They are clearly only interested in selling new items, not helping customers resolve an issue with an existing item - very, very poor and now trying to resolve with B&O direct

The online platform states swift repairs but they don't do such thing here. Don't waste your fuel.
