MEA Architects

One of the architects Joe, designed my home design studio which is situated in my garden. He was very reliable, professional and was efficient with each step of the process. Initially the architect came to take some measurements and talk us through the process of obtaining planning permission, he helped us understand the process in terms we understood and supported with design ideas and relevant applications. We were thrilled to be granted permission for the design we wanted in a timely manner that meant we could build my home studio for my growing business. Would highly recommend :)

We wanted to age proof our house to allow us to continue living there. Joe visited and advised us on layout, facilities etc and then produced the drawings. He also obtained planning permission. He took the stress out of the process with his quiet professionalism and advice so that now we are able to enjoy our new space that has enhanced our retirement. I am happy to recommend Joe and his services.

We were getting designs done for our home extension and we worked with Rose at MEA Architects. We were immediately impressed with the clarity of communications that we got from her. Rose was very approachable and friendly and set out very clearly a plan to get our designs approved whilst still making sure that the design brief met our requirements. She also demonstrated ingenious design ideas to help make the most of the extension. Her knowledge of the planning process was also very impressive and that meant we had a clear plan of attack with the council. We would definitely recommend MEA architects and would gladly employ them again if we needed any design works in the future.

I would highly recommend Rose as an architect. She was very professional and came up with some really innovative solutions to incorporate a disabled bathroom and garden room into my period listed home. Rose managed the planning process, building control and listed building applications for me. She was a pleasure to work with and brought a great level of experience in designing and managing the project.
