We contacted Woodstock Tree Services to ask for a quote to remove a dead limb from our apple tree. They were the only company who came to look at the tree prior to offering a quote. Eric was very honest and helpful - he advised us that the best thing to do was to leave the branch to avoid risking the overall health of the tree. We were very grateful for the time he took to give his honest opinion, even though this meant no business came from it. He also gave us advice on how to look after the tree and tips on pruning. We would definitely contact this company again if we require any work on our garden in future.

Recommend this company. Great work done efficiently, cheerfully, promptly and at reasonable cost. Not easy removing felled timber from back garden of a terraced house up the stairs. Nice to my dogs too. Thanks guys.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE I dont usually take the time to write a review but this company is worth me taking time out to do it even in my busy life! Ive used other tree surgeons before but I have to say these guys are the very best for so many reasons! Not only on time, professional and reliable but went that extra mile for me. I had a rat issue in the garage and one was dead on the ground so they removed it and disposed of it for me! They even checked all my guttering on top of the garage to make sure none had gone in there! Then, when it came to the pruning of my huge overgrown bay tree and vineyard , they made sure they had spoken with me first, to make sure I was 120% happy with what they were going to do. If they had listened to me, and cut where I said , my beautiful grape vineyard would have died! So thank goodness they knew what that were doing! They were working in boiling 35 degree heat but STILL managed to maintain such a friendly, happy , positive attitude with laughter and whilst sweating!! They did a grand job AND they even cleared up all the mess after them!! I would highly recommend Eric and his team, Lourne and Chris, to ANYONE in need of tree pruning and whatever else they do. Its people and companies like these that make up for all the terrible unreliable and rude ones out there!! And even better, charge reasonable and fair prices! Do not bother even researching tree surgeons, just give these guys a call. Im certainly going to be spreading the word of mouth and sharing on FB for them! I guarantee you wont be disappointed. Im a single mum and I felt like I had support for a few hours. What lovely professional, hardworking but also kind and empathetic guys these were. What a fantastic job Erics team did for us today! They were punctual, efficient, and friendly. They took great care in checking all ten trees for bird nests before they started cutting. After cutting and shredding they cleared up the garden and drive as if they hadnt been there. Brilliant! We would highly recommend this Company.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Really great communication, tree cut down with no trace of it left and everything taken away in record time at a great price. Very positive experience.
