Really impressed with Safe and Sound Knowle, from the initial phone call, to the visit. Simon fixed and cleaned out our tumble dryer efficiently. He had anticipated the part required and had it on the van. Whilst chatting ,we mentioned an historic problem with our washing machine. Simon saw this as a challenge and within ten minutes had sorted a year long screech during spin cycle. We had paid a lot of money previously to another firm as instructed under warranty, to be fobbed off with the engineer blaming the floor!! We now have 2 very quiet and working kitchen appliances. From my initial enquiry to completion of my washing machine's repair, Safe & Sound have been excellent. Simon arrived ahead of time and undertook the repair in prompt yet thorough fashion; even taking the time to plumb the appliance back in after I had disconnected it. I am over-the-moon with the service I received and feel that I am now able to wash my laundry with peace of mind. I cannot recommend Simon and the team at Safe & Sound highly enough.
