Terrible place. Do not live here! Me and a couple of mates been living here this year and we've not had a working boiler for most of it so the hot water is intermittent. Been like this for 3 months now and they still haven't fixed it. The main door to the building has been broken for a few weeks which meant anyone could get into the building for at least a week.

Managed by CJ Hole, known to be one of the worst companies for students. Some of the staff are lovely, some of the staff treat you like you're ignorant. They are relatively quick to respond to some issues, take 6 months+ to address others (and still haven't addressed them). There are only 4 laundry machines for washing and drying for the whole building, at least one of the machines is constantly broken. To wash your clothes you're looking at over 3, to "dry" your clothes you're looking at around 2 - it's just increasing in price tbh. You'll definitely need a drying rack of some kind, but be wary of mould. If you live on the ground floor, expect ants and various other issues as the building isn't constructed well. Unless you keep windows open and the vent on for at least 30 mins after you've had a shower, you're going to have mould problems guaranteed. If you live in Flat 1, your number is used for all building/construction reports, so sometimes expect calls and messages from random people, even if you say to CJ Hole to not provide your information to future people. Overall, it's a student place, the price is high, so I'd probably find a house share instead (looking back at my decision to move in here).
